Complaints procedure and whistleblower system
Find out more about the complaints procedure in accordance with section 8 of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and the whistleblower system in accordance with section 12 of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) at AGRAVIS.
AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG (AGRAVIS) provides various reporting channels for complaints and information on compliance issues and human rights violations. These channels are open to everyone, regardless of the existence or type of contractual or business relationship with AGRAVIS.
A report can be made at any time to the external ombudsman of the AGRAVIS Group:
