The AGRAVIS Code of Conduct is binding for all employees, as their conduct and actions have a particular impact on our internal and external image. Conversely, all Group employees are encouraged to address their own concerns openly and directly. We employ an internal compliance officer and an external ombudsman.
An external ombudsman can be contacted at any time – anonymously if desired. We have also introduced M&A compliance (mergers & acquisitions) and a code of conduct for suppliers. Compliance is a dynamic topic. That is why we are constantly systematizing and developing a "Compliance Circle". This takes into account the values and principles of our corporate strategy and places greater emphasis on our corporate culture.
