183 young people take the step into a new phase of their lives and start their training in the AGRAVIS Group on 1 August or 2 September. 139 are starting a commercial-technical apprenticeship, 44 are embarking on a commercial career. The spectrum of apprenticeships at the agricultural and service company AGRAVIS ranges from mechatronics technicians for agricultural and construction machinery to wholesale and foreign trade clerks and process technologists in the milling and grain industry.

On the 12th German Diversity Day 2024 (28 May) under the claim "Your voice for diversity", AGRAVIS is taking another step towards diversity: the company is signing the "Diversity Charter". "With this document, we are committing ourselves to the values of the association of the same name, which is committed to a prejudice-free working environment and equal appreciation for all employees - regardless of age, origin or gender," explains Dr Dirk Köckler, AGRAVIS CEO.

AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG can acquire a 50 per cent stake in Nordic Seed Germany GmbH as planned. Approval under European antitrust law was recently granted. The company, based in Nienstädt/Lower Saxony, was previously a 100 per cent subsidiary of Nordic Seed A/S, the seed breeding company of Vestjyllands Andel and Danish Agro a.m.b.a., with which AGRAVIS has already successfully cooperated in several joint ventures.
